Shipping Times

All shipments in BE are send from Mechelen via BPost with track and trace; international shipments with DPD track and trace. Items will be dispatched within 5 days of ordering. For belts, please allow dispatch within 14 days.

Pick Up In Store

If you pick your parcel up in store I will leave a personal message when your item is ready. Pick up is possible during opening hours of Studio Kolere Mechelen and with extension Kaffee-Ine espressobar. Yves will help you out when I'm not there.

Free Delivery Service 

This service I offer in a circumference of 10km from the store. You can choose this option at the checkout of your purchase.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are according to the current rates of BPost track and trace service or DPD sercives and automatically entered at the checkout of your purchase.

Taxes

Please note: when ordering abroad, the customer is reponsible for any import fee.

Returns

All my goods are handmade with care. If anything for any reason is to your dislike; please contact me in 3 days of receiving your parcel with the reason for your return. Ship back the item in 14 days in original state and package. Shipping costs are the buyers' responsability, unless we agreed different. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value that can influence the amount of refund.
